Personal Data Processing

1. Controller and contact

The controller is IURII FEDOTOV, an individual with Small Business Status registered in Georgia and providing marketing services from Batumi, Georgia.

2. Data collected

The form collects your name and phone number. You may also provide a Telegram username and information about your project. The form records the page address, available UTM campaign parameters, submission time and the version of this notice. Limited technical information, such as an IP address and browser information, is processed for delivery and security.

3. Purpose and legal basis

The data are used to review your request, contact you about the project and, where relevant, take steps toward providing services at your request. This processing is necessary to review an application submitted by you and to take steps requested by you before entering into a contract, under Article 5(1)(j) and Article 5(1)(b) of the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection. Technical data are processed to secure the form and prevent abuse.

Your form data are not used for newsletters or unrelated direct marketing.

4. Required and optional fields

Name and phone number are required because the request cannot be answered without them. Telegram and project information are optional. If required information is not provided, the form cannot be submitted.

5. Technical recipients

Cloudflare Pages hosts and delivers the website. Contact-form requests are transmitted through a Cloudflare Worker and delivered to IURII FEDOTOV through the Telegram Bot API. Cloudflare and Telegram handle data only as necessary to provide those technical services.

The inquiry is not sold, published or provided to other businesses. Data may be disclosed only where required by Georgian law.

6. Retention

Inquiry data are normally kept for up to 12 months after the last substantive communication. Relevant data may be kept longer if the inquiry results in a contract, retention is required by law, or the data are reasonably necessary for a legal claim. After the applicable period, the data are deleted.

7. Your rights

Under Georgian law, you may request information about the processing of your data, access or obtain a copy of the data, correct inaccurate data, and request that data be blocked, deleted or no longer processed where the applicable legal conditions are met.

The form is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
